TP Mix #138 – Reade Truth
New York techno act Reade Truth, has been spinning turntables since the 1990s and continues to make music in the modern age – with the advancements in technology and software considered of course. Today he shares a vibrant mix of tech house fusions that fizzle into more minimal bursts throughout. Since his inception, the producer has shared releases via iconic record label Mute Records, Planet E, Strictly Rhythm, Cartulis Music and Sonic Groove to name a few. He also released music on three of his imprints: Path Records, White Label, and Effective Weapons. Paying homage to the sounds of yesteryear with his ’90s club embellishments on this mix, Reade Truth strikes a delicate balance of new school and old school. Very few can execute this ratio, but Reade Truth has it covered with finesse and timeless charm.
