Dream pop duo Sweet Tempest release new video

Sweet Tempest share new video for single release “The Truth” out via Zebralution. All written, produced and mixed by the duo, they have already racked up hundreds of thousands of plays on Youtube with support from Youtube channel ElectroPosé whilst playing festivals VEGA in Copenhagen as well as supporting pop singer Fallulah.

Citing Rhye, Tom Waits and Lykke Li as influences, the duo who have been likened to the Cocteau Twins, Beach House and Au Revoir Simone, drawing inspiration from the adventurous aspects of everyday life to create their songs and sound.

A bittersweet combination of acoustic and electronic-ethereal-soundscapes, carpeted by dreamy guitar walls and catchy vocal melodies, the video was built as a montage of memories spread across summer capturing a nostalgic, honest and compassionate storyboard that complements the music perfectly.
