Karl Lagerfeld Chanel Couture Show Karl Lagerfeld has used the finale of his Chanel haute couture show in Paris to express his support for the legalisation of same-sex marriage and adoption in France.
The German designer closed his show in a snow dusted forest of Scottish Pine and Holm Oak trees from Norway, planted inside the Grande Palais for a gothic, romantic wedding-with-a-twist.
2 blushing brides graced the catwalk with hands clasped, dressed in matching elegant lace gowns, slightly scruffy, yet sumptuous and indulgent.
Feathery fascinators exposing only one smoky eye, was a prevalent feature throughout the show. Along with messy, unkempt and wild hair, suggesting a morning after the night before fairy-tale style story.
