STOP PRESS! Larry Clark Exclusive UK Screening

We have to say, our mates at Shoreditch watering hole The Book Club have really excelled themselves with this latest venture. The ever-iconic Larry Clark's (Kids, Bully) new film Marfa Girl will be screening at the venue on Tuesday 12th February, and its FREE entry. After releasing the film to stream via his website for one day only back in November, and a successful run on the film festival circuit (it did particularly well at Rome Film Festival where it was awarded) there are no plans distribute the film to cinemas after Clark decided to bypass "crooked Hollywood distributers". As far as The Book Club are aware, they are the only London venue to be screening the film after having been given permission from Clark's office themselves. I guess you could say, it's a pretty big deal. Tickets will sell (unless the whole world has lost their mind, which is a possibility) so we'd recommend getting tickets quick. See you there!
