Frankie Knuckles Re-Works 'The Whistle Song'

The godfather of house Frankie Knuckles has re-worked his classic anthem 'The Whistle Song' to give it a modern 21st century feel.

The original, released in 1991, is seen as an original house anthem and is arguably Frankie Knuckles greatest release.

Teaming up once again with original producer Eric Kupper, the track has been re-edited to coincide with the 25th anniversary of DefMIx, Knuckles' own production house.

The track will be released on the 15th October through Nocturnal Groove, and will feature on the new Frankie Knuckles compilation 'Tales From The Tone Arm'. Hear the track below.
